What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email, company, the selected service, deadline and the description of the idea. The site uses no cookies and no advertising tools or third-party tracking services. To protect against spam, your IP address is recorded for one hour only as an irreversible hash from which the address cannot be recovered.

Visit statistics

To know which pages are read and where visitors come from, the site counts visits with its own tool on our server, without cookies and without third-party services. We record the page opened, the site or campaign you came from, the type of device, the browser and its language, the country (worked out from the IP address at the moment of the visit), the time spent on the page, and clicks on email, phone and sent forms. The IP address is not stored. So that one visit is not counted twice, we use an anonymous code computed from the IP address and the browser with a key that changes every day and is deleted after two days. This means we cannot recognise you or link your visits on different days. The data is kept for up to 25 months on our own server only and is used only in aggregate. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible project. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties for marketing and do not send newsletters without your consent.

How long we keep it

The enquiry arrives as an email, and a copy is kept securely on our server for up to 6 months so it is not lost if the email fails to arrive. We keep the correspondence as long as needed for the enquiry and a possible project, after which we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion by writing to office@numx.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
